Return & Refund Policy

Textbooks, packages, & access codes

These items may be returned within 7 days from the first day of each term. Shrink-wrapped texts and packages are non-refundable for full value once the shrink wrap is broken or removed. Access codes cannot be returned once any seals have been broken, scratched off, or shrink-wrap removed. Any new books returned out of their original packaging or no long in 'new' condition will be refunded at a used book value (subject to manager approval). 

Merchandise and gifts

These items may be refunded exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. All items must be in original/unopened packaging with the tags still attached. 

Computer & Software

These items must be unopened and returned within 10 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All opened computers and software are non-returnable. 

eBooks 

These items must be returned within 10 days from the original purchase date. Access codes are NON-REFUNDABLE once the access code has been redeemed.

Shipping

Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
