Store Hours and FAQ's
Q: How long do I get to keep the rental?
A: Rentals are due when the semester ends. Summer rentals will be due July 30th, 2021.
Q: I won't have the money to pay for my books until school starts, what should I do?
A: No problem, you will need to fill out a voucher request form. The link to this is at the top of the page, and is labeled voucher requests. There is more information about this on our customer service page under info. If you have any questions about this feel free to contact us at (501) 336-0166.
Q: I like to buy my books instead of renting because I may need them in the future. Why should I rent?
A: You can always choose to buy your rentals, even at the end of the semester. We have a no-risk rental which means your full rental price can be applied to the purchase price at the end of the semester. For example, if the rental price is $25 and the purchase price is $75, you would only pay $50 to keep the book at the end of the semester.
Q: What are your hours for the first week of classes?
A: Our normal business hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 6pm on Saturday. During the first two weeks of school, we'll have extended hours. These will be posted on Google, and all our Social Media pages!
Q: If I don't go to CBC, can I still order my books from you?
A: Unfortunately our site is only for CBC students. We order books specifically based on the enrollment at classes at CBC. While we'd love to serve every student, that would mean we wouldn't have enough books for CBC, and it would raise or prices. To avoid that, we only sell to CBC students. Orders to students at other universities will be canceled.
We understand going to an actual bookstore isn't for everyone. Avoid the crowds: order online! You can simply place your order online and we will ship it to your for FREE! Or, if you don't want to wait, place your order and select in-store pickup to grab it from us that same day! If you order used books, we will do our best to fill your order. Please note, however that unavailable used books will automatically substitute to new copies. The best way to avoid paying any extra is to rent your books. By renting, you can save over 90%! On top of that our average rental price is only $28. If you decide at the end of the semester to keep your books, you will only pay the difference... no hidden fees or charges!
